    Can this home have a basement as well?....or its just not possible because of the garage being the main floor?

      This home was originally designed without a basement, in order to save construction costs. A basement could be designed below the garage, which would require re-engineering of a structural floor slab within the garage. Window placement would be based on specially design grading, site conditions, and/or placement of window wells.
