   Hi there, I'm just curious as to approximately what would it cost to build this house and can alterations be made to it?

     Randy, Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the plans for the 'Meechum' can completely be altered and customized based on your preference(s) and requests. If you're interested, we can schedule a 'FREE' one hour consultation in our office, in which we can discuss the desired plan changes with you. Depending on your build location, Construction costs can very dramatically between builders. In the Regina, SK market, you can expect construction costs for a new home of this scale to range from $250 - $300 per SqFt. With that being said, I would anticipate an average cost of $486,750 (Plus Lot cost) to build this home with a modest quality finishing, custom kitchen, granite/quartz counter tops, triple pane windows, hardwood floors, energy efficient HVAC system, etc. (This is based on $275 per SqFt) NOTE: KRN is not a home builder, therefore our estimated pricing is subject to the builder you choose, and the quality of materials and finishes that they deliver.
